Personal information is any information through which a person’s identity can be reasonably ascertained.

This website collects no personal information through its operation. Any web visitor statistics that are obtained and used by the APBC or NACLC will not identify individual email addresses of site visitors.

There is some personal information contained in the database that is searchable through this site. e.g. names of key position holders in CLCs. This information is collected by NACLC in the course of its ordinary operations.
